Meet CAROLINE TYRWHITT

Caroline Tyrwhitt is an NLP trainer and a Personal Care Institute accredited health and wellbeing coach.

Caroline was regularly on a diet. This wasn’t a problem to her until she hit her forties and was working as a leader in education. At that point, work overwhelm, unregistered impacts of ageing and her daily habits caused her to steadily gain weight, and she had neither energy nor motivation to go on a diet again.

It was when she started to study NLP that Caroline changed her relationship with food. NLP was a game changer for her. She undid her food programming – those triggers, habits and self-talk that led to her losing weight and gaining it back – as well as uncovering the one key that unlocked the ease and flow in weight loss for her.

From her own experience, from research and from helping other women, she learned that losing weight is complex, not least because our bodies are not designed to do so. We unravel one aspect that’s holding us back and feel great for a while, only to then discover another layer that needs tackling. When she applied the tools to help her and other women lose weight, she discovered those same shifts also helped boost confidence, which then impacted in the business world. The process she has followed has helped her develop more self-compassion and self-acceptance, which she brings to her way of working and helps other women to develop too.
